Xylo One
For individuals who want one trusted contact.

Starting smaller? Introductory membership from £260 a month, with 4 hours of support and a named manager.
A one-off onboarding fee of £300 to £500 applies, depending on the size of your household. Memberships have a three-month minimum term. Additional hours are £60 an hour, billed in 15-minute increments, and unused hours carry forward for one month. On Xylo One and Xylo Two, time outside Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm, and on bank holidays uses your hours as normal, with a 50% premium. Additional hours and premiums are invoiced monthly in arrears. Third-party costs are passed on at cost and approved by you in advance.
Individual requests
Not ready for a private office?
We also take one-off requests, from a single event to an urgent errand. If you become a member within 60 days, what you have paid is credited against your onboarding fee.
Paid in advance. A deposit is taken before we book suppliers, and third-party costs are approved by you first.
